The Development Application:
With our Re-Zoning being approved on March 21st and the appeal period expiring on April 17th we are currently finalizing the 27 Lot Site Plan Planning and Engineering requirements. We anticipate this will be completed in early Q3.

Site Alteration / Model Home and Site Works:
We are working closely with the City of Kawartha Lakes Planning and Engineering Teams as well as the Trent Severn Waterway to begin the site alteration process for our Model Home(s) and our In Water Works including Shoreline Stabilization, Maintenance Dredge for deeper water and the addition of 30 new slips for our Development.

House Plans and Architectural Controls:
Our Partner Design Team is currently working on our Base Plan Library which will consist of Five (5) plans with optional addon’s per plan for Sunrooms, Garages, Additional Main Floor Bedrooms and your choice of several Master Bedroom/Ensuite Layouts.
