The Harbour View is a Waterfront and Mooring Community consisting of an 80+ Slip Marina that is situated at the mouth of the Snug Harbour on the shores of Sturgeon Lake on a stretch of shoreline known as Sunset Alley. Where each day we are drawn to that moment where the sun sets over the Snug Harbour.

 With over 1,000 ft of shoreline, 27 acres of residential and recreational space this Waterfront Community offers a unique cottage lifestyle for boaters and waterfront lovers alike.

Project Overview

The Harbour View site is located in the Heart of the Kawartha’s, 10 minutes north of Lindsay, Ontario on the Southwestern Shores of Sturgeon Lake. The project consists of 2 phases that encompass 27 single detached residential homes each on a minimum .66 acre lot, deeded access to the water, and with access to a Waterside Community Centre, Pool and Docks.
